The reunion is a unique opportunity to meet up with old friends and see how JCU has grown over the years. Alumni are welcome to register guests who are not graduates of the University.
Early Bird and Regular tickets include the following:
- 50th Anniversary Opening Concert and Reception at Palazzo della Cancelleria
- Campus Tour & Snack Hour
- Coed Soccer Game: JCU Alumni vs Students
- Harvard Business School Leadership Simulation
- Lunch with Faculty and Friends
All other events require separate fees.

Friday, September 30
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Check-in at Guarini Campus
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Campus Tour and Snack Hour
A tour of all 3 campuses that ends at Critelli Courtyard where you will find coffee, soft drinks, prosecco, baked goods, and sandwiches.
8:00 PM – 10:00 PM 50th Anniversary Opening Concert and Reception at Palazzo della Cancelleria

Saturday, October 1
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM Coed Soccer Game: JCU Alumni vs Students at the Trastevere Stadium

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Harvard Business School Leadership Simulation at Guarini Campus
Address: Aula Magna Regina, JCU Guarini Campus, Via della Lungara, 233
Introduction by the President of the Alumni Association, Francesco Ruspoli.
This award-winning simulation uses the dramatic context of a Mount Everest expedition to reinforce learning in group dynamics and leadership. A laptop will be necessary to take part in this activity.

12:30 PM – 2:00 PM Wine & Oil Tasting Lunch and Farewell Toast at Cambio Trastevere

The President's Gala and the Wine & Oil Tasting will be paid separately (please see ticket menu).
It is necessary to register for all events in order to participate.
What to Wear
Pack comfortable clothing that can be worn in layers, as it can be quite warm during the daytime in October but chilly after sunset. None of the events require a formal dress code, except for the President's Gala.
Alumni ID Cards
Your Alumni ID card is required to attend the Reunion. Should you need a new card, please contact the Alumni Office at alumni@johncabot.edu.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The registration fee is non-refundable, unless the Reunion is cancelled. The fees are used to cover the cost of most of the activities and meals throughout the Alumni Reunion 2022 (see agenda for more details).
Unforeseen situations may present themselves to our participants. You may cancel your participation in the Alumni Reunion at any time, but please be aware that tickets are not refundable.
