- Campus Tour
- Farewell Lunch
Registration is mandatory through this form: Alumni Reunion Registration Form.
The President’s Gala requires a separate ticket (please purchase the President’s Gala ticket separately from the ticket menu.)

11:00 AM - 12:45 PM Plenary Session: Unlocking Success: The Power of Soft Skills, Co-sponsored by JCU’s Center for Career Services
11:00 AM - 12:45 PM Art History Society 10-Year Anniversary Celebration
1:00 PM – 2:30 PM Catered Lunch (Lemon Tree Courtyard: featuring Alumni associated companies)
2:30 PM – 3:30 PM Campus Tour (A tour of all 3 campuses)
7:00 PM – 11:00 PM President’s Gala at Hotel Hassler

Guests
Each Alumnus/a may register one guest at the Alumni ticket rate for the Alumni Reunion and President’s Gala. A separate ticket with the guest’s details must be purchased.
What to Wear
Pack comfortable clothing that can be worn in layers, as it can be quite warm during the daytime in September but chilly after sunset. None of the events require a formal dress code, except for the President's Gala.
Alumni ID Cards
Your Alumni ID card is required to attend the Reunion. Should you need a new card, please contact the Alumni Office at alumni@johncabot.edu.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The registration fee is non-refundable, unless the Reunion is cancelled. The fees are used to cover the cost of most of the activities and meals throughout the Alumni Reunion 2024 (see agenda for more details).
